Spear
The speed required for an attacker to dismount a mounted entity with a spear has changed:

| Netherite | 7 → 9 blocks/tick |
Mobs
Baby mob hitboxes have not changed.
Witch
If the witch’s target is 2 blocks or closer horizontally, the witch will throw potions at 60% speed (power 0.45 instead of 0.75).
Villager
If a datapack adds a third master librarian trade, it will be available even if the Villager Rebalance experiment is disabled.
